CFA (Country Fire Authority)
The CFA's overall activity involves responding to incidents and suppressing fires throughout Victoria. The unprecedented circumstances in February 2009 bushfires in Victoria created unparalleled demand on the CFA Administration and operations, this demand included the outpouring of generosity of the national community in general. The response was overwhelming and challenged the resources of CFA in regards to the amazing generosity of the public and philanthropic community. The JT Group was appointed to support and work beside the CFA to coordinate and project manage their analysis of donations and assist with their solutions and distribution
